Once you have booked you can’t change the booking on line. You will have to pay a fee at the Ryanair desk at the airport. Because you didn’t pay for your bag on line it will cost more at the airport.

From experience, you go to the RyanAir counter at the airport and get your luggage checked in. I think there is a weight allowance, check on their website.
