If key travel are doing the booking contact Mark Coombes or Maggie Mapley in the DASS Finance and information office with the quote details and line managers permission and they will issue a pruchase requisition number from. You then need to contact key travel and give them the purchase requisition number. At this time please inform key travel that the invoice address is DASS attention F&I office. Once this is booked with a purchase order your e-ticket will be sent by email.
