How do I block out time to prevent clients from booking during specific periods?
Use the ‘Time Block-Not Available’ link in the Custom Appointments panel. This will block out what ever time you specify, and you can enter a description. Time Blocks are visible to all staff and resources. If it is a change of a more permanent nature (like you wish to finish at midday every Friday, and don’t we all!) you should update the “Normal Availability (Weekly)” settings in your Preferences. To create exceptions to your Normal Availability, use the “Time Block-Available” link in the Custom Appointments panel.
