Get a set of pliers go to the rad, usually on the top right hand side their will be a small thing that looks like a little stick sticking out of the rad, you take the pliers around the little stick thing and gently turn to loosen, it will loosen one way or the other, just loosen enough to feel the air come out, you should also have a cup with you because you will feel the air come out and then let about a 1/2 cup of water come out too, close valve back up. Ususally you need to bleed all the rads at least once a year like in Oct or something.
