How do I bill vaccines and OTC birth control without a Prescriber ID?

0

HRSA previously published Prescriber NPI 5123456787 for use on claims for un-prescribed over-the-counter birth control products. Pharmacists who have authority to administer vaccines but do not have a Prescriber NPI may now use NPI 5123456787 as the Prescriber ID on claims for vaccines. If the administering pharmacist has an individual NPI, it should be submitted as the prescriber ID for pharmacist administered vaccines.
