How do I best work with mProductive if I use Flagging?
Many users enjoy the benefits of the native email flagging option in devices supporting RIM OS 5.x and above, and have asked how best to integrate email flagging with mProductive. The steps below allow you to leverage all the benefits of mProductive and flagging options at the same time. From your BlackBerry device: • Flag an email for follow up. • Use the ‘mProductive – Assign To’ feature to create a follow-up for the flagged email (this will then appear in your Outlook task list). The information in the follow-up can also be linked to other relevant items by project or client etc. • Filter on non-flagged items within your device inbox • Work through and complete your non-flagged emails From your desktop: • Action your follow-ups from your Outlook task list • Mark any follow-ups created with mProductive as Completed (and delete the item if required) • Delete all follow-ups flagged by BlackBerry (Note: these are necessary to filter your BB inbox) The suitability of this process may var
