How do I begin receiving PTC eStatements?
In order to receive PTC eStatements you will need to complete three tasks. 1. Complete the online eStatements Enrollment Form. You must review and complete the Enrollment Form. The form is then encrypted and sent back to PTC. 2. Before submitting the eStatements Enrollment Form you must click and view the PDF file attachment. You will need to obtain the verification number on that document and enter that verification number on the bottom of the Enrollment Form. This will confirm that your personal computer has the hardware and software requirements to be able to access all of the statements, any disclosures or records and other information provided to you in electronic format from Peoples Trust Company. 3. After you click on the Submit Button, we will send you a welcome email message from enrollments@peoplestrustcompany.com. This means your request has been received and is being processed.
