the best technique i know for starting any kind of paper is BBTSSS: Background statement, background statement, thesis, support, support, support. Any good paper should start with a little background info on whatever you are going to talk about, so in this case maybe you should talk about what exactly hate speech IS – you know, how it is defined and everything, how it effects people, etc – and then ease into whatever your position is gonna be good luck!
