How do I begin a FormFox collection— in authorization barcode or locate donor test?
The authorization barcode section only works if a test event has been pre–ordered in a system communicating with FormFox. The donor will come in with a pre–authorized barcode that the collector will enter rather than starting with the manual chain. The pre–order piece is being developed so at this point all collections will begin at Donor only has custody and control form. The collector will use the manual CCF that the donor arrives with and enter the account and specimen ID that is listed on the CCF in order to start the collection.
