To be eligible for the PayPal Percentage Rule, you must have successfully registered for the ‘eBay Rewards programme’ and you must have sold over £10,000 worth of items on eBay.co.uk (excluding any shipping charges refunds, chargebacks, and reversals) for at least for three months (and during each of the three months) prior to or after registering for the eBay Rewards Programme (“Qualifying Sales Amount”).
