if you want to become a producer go to a business college take up music classes and build of contacts its all about networking. Do internships at different labels and then start working at one find different small acts in the reggaeton genre and start producing them, to become a movie star start taking acting classes and starring in plays and shows. Go to different movie sets and see if you can be and extra so you can learn the business. Audition for an agency and they will help you from there.
