How do I become a member of the Applewood Court Residents (Swindon) Ltd?
The Vendor will sell their share in the company to you at par (face value). This is part of the sale process and will be arranged between solicitors. Your solicitor will then submit a Stock Transfer Form to the company along with the old share certificate for surrender. Upon receipt of these the company will register your ownership of a share and you become a member of the company.
