You don’t become a landlord with a brewery. What you do is you contact the various brewereis that own a string of what we call ‘tied’ pubs. If you have sufficient funds and a will to succeed, they will take you on as a trainee, put your through a rigorous training course and put you into one of their pubs. After six months or so, and if you can prove you can run a pub as your own business, then they will franchise one of their outlets.
