The link you want to click on is Generate/Download a Full Backup. This will take you to a new page. Now, in this page you will see several boxes marked as: Backup Destination: Email Address: Remote Server (ftp/scp only): Remote User (ftp/scp only): Remote Password (ftp/scp only): The backup destination is where the backup file will be sent. You may choose from: Home Directory, Remote FTP Server, Remote FTP Server (passive mode transfer).
