How do I backup from multiple computers into my IBackup Account?
Ideally, you should have multiple IBackup accounts, or use Sub-Accounts to execute backups on each individual computer. It is possible to do backups from multiple computers into a single IBackup account. But you must make sure that there is no intermingling of data. Here are the suggested steps: • Create top level folders, say computerA and computerB. • Using IBackup for Windows, and with mode set to ‘relative path’ (please note default is ‘mirror path’, so you have to change the mode to ‘relative path’). • Use destination folder as respective top level folders created as above You should have a clearly separated backups of multiple computers into a single IBackup account.
