How do I Backup and/or do Off-Site Backup using Masterpiece Business Manager?
Go to “File” > “Backup/Restore Data”. This will open a window. To backup your Data and/or Reports check the box for “Data” and/or “Reports”. It will choose a location to store your backup files or you may choose a location by clicking the square with the three dots to the far right, be sure to note where your files are being stored in case you ever need to do a restore. Click the button “Backup”. When it is complete you will get a message that it is finished and then you can click OK. If you have signed up for our Off-Site Backup Service or we have temporarily turned on the service to get your data to us, then click the button “Copy File off site to Masterpiece server” to copy your Zip file from your computer to our Server.
