How do I avoid copyright issues with my Abridged Series on YouTube?
Don’t put up copyright material then and your disclaimer doesn’t mean a thing. Not only that if you put up a disclaimer means you know it’s copyright! You tube are now starting to take down such stuff unless you have a legal right to put it up there because of all the rows over it. Additional > Irrespective whether it’s an excerpt or not it is STILL copyright material. You do not have permission or a licence to redistribute. People don’t seem to get this somehow or accept it as being the law.
