How do I automatically forward mail to another non-Hawkmail e-mail account?
To automatically forward mail, use the Outlook Rules Wizard. Create two rules with the same action of “forward it to people or distribution list”. To forward all messages, one rule should check the condition “where my name is in the To box” and the other rule should check the condition “where my name is not in the To box”. Specify your e-mail address (e.g., janedoe@hotmail.com) in the “To:” field when entering the value for people or distribution list. See Message Filtering Using Outlook 2003 for detailed instructions on how to create a rule.
