How do I automatically forward mail to another non-Exchange email account (i.e., Hotmail, gMail, Yahoo)?

0

To automatically forward mail to a non-ups account, log into the redirector site at https://webmail.ups.edu/redirector or via the redirector link at https://webmail.ups.edu. Once at the redirector page, log in with your email username and password. Enter the email address you would like to forward your mail to in the field provided (i.e. janedoe@hotmail.com). While this is not recommended as it can easily fill up your UPS Inbox, you can keep a copy of the messages here by checking the “I want a copy to go to my UPS e-mail” box. Click the “Forward my email to this address” button to activate the forward. Ignore the Trace check box as it is only used for troubleshooting. To remove the forward, do so via this same redirector service (https://webmail.ups.edu/redirector). See also Using Rules to Manage Outlook Messages for detailed instructions on how to create a rule.
