How do I automatically delete certain messages in GroupWise?
These instructions are for mymail only and do not apply to the Client. • Log into GroupWise Web Access as yourself. • From the top three icons choose options (looks like a checklist). • Under the rules tab choose delete as the type, then click on “Create.” • Title the rule in the top box next to “Rule name:” • Choose the appropriate parameters for which type of messages you wish to delete and then click “Save.” • Once that window closes click “Save” on the bottom of the Options page and the rule is activated.
