How do I authorize a Supply Chain Management Service Request Form?
If you have been listed as the authorizer on a disposal request you MUST approve the request before it can be further processed. You should receive an email directing you to the portal to authorize this request. The “New Disposal Request Document” email directs you to the MyUofC for authorization of disposal request. At the bottom of the “Supply Chain Management Service Request Forms” page you will find a box titled “Requests to Authorize”.
