To authorise a third party to enquire or trade on your account (known as an Authorised Representative), we need written permission from the account holder/s. If you would like an Authorised Representative please complete the Authorised Representative Authority form. Note that you must provide us with identification for this person in line with the National identification requirements. Similarly, if you would like to revoke authority for an Authorised Representative we need written permission from the account holder/s.

You can authorise a third party to enquire or trade on your account (known as an authorised representative) either at the time of applying or once your account is established. If you are yet to open a trading account you can complete the ‘Authorised Representative’ section on the application form. If you already have a trading account you will need to complete the Third Party Authority Form. Remember that you must provide identification for the authorised representative, such as a driver’s licence or passport. If you would like to revoke authority for an authorised representative you must provide us with written permission from all of the account holders.
