How do I attach the bagging system to my John Deere LT155 Lawn Tractor?

The Operator’s Manual says nothing about how to securely attach the dual bagging system to the rear of the John Deere LT155 Lawn Tractor. There is a swinging C-shaped bracket that the bagging system arm fits through, but I cannot see how to secure the arm to the bracket. Am I missing a piece?
