How do I attach student photos from my LifeTouch CD?
• Place the Lifetouch CD into the CD-rom on your computer. • Check to see that you are a security officer by looking at the Gray bar just under the Eraser in SASI. If you do not see the words “Security Officer”, you are unable to attach student photos. Please contact the Help Desk. Otherwise, proceed to step 3. • Open the User Atom in the System Setup Folder. Type your username in the User ID field and click “Find”. Be sure that the setting for “Image Input Device” is set to “Photo CD”. If you had to change this setting, quit SASI, then log back in. • Open the student Atom. Scoll forward to the first student in your database. From the Student menu at the top of the screen, select the option “Attach Student Photo”. • The message “This process will attach all photos from a selected CD. Do you wish to continue?” is displayed. Click the “Yes” button. • Select your CD drive letter and click the “OK” button.
