How do I attach files into email from the Document Locator Repository?
There are two ways to send files via Microsoft Outlook email: as attachments or as links. Attachments attach the file to the email message. Links, on the other hand, will allow the recipient to manipulate the document directly within Document Locator. A user may choose to view the document or check it out to work on it directly, without going through the Document Locator application. In order for the links feature to work, the recipient must be a authorized member of the Document Locator system and also have a connection to the repository.
