How do I assist my Customer who wants a large and complicated application designed specific to their needs?
Custom quotations are required for some products and/or projects. These products and/or projects are of the type which require detailed analysis, planning, design, implementation and acceptance. These projects normally require a NEC Professional Services consulting fee to produce a product or project definition. A product or project definition is a document, which defines the attributes and specific tasks, and responsibilities required for achieving a set goal, application, or capability. Custom Quotations are done on a customer by customer as well as site by site basis and may not be reused otherwise. The more information the customer or end user can provide to accurately and completely define the requirements and tasks needed to complete the product or project, the less the consultation fee will be.
