How do I assign colour labelling to meetings/events?
Personal Meeting Maker preferences (e.g. labels, colours, reminder times, etc.) are not migrated to Exchange. However, Outlook does have its own color labelling system. • To assign a label in Outlook, right-click on a meeting and select Label from the pop-up menu, then assign a label of your choice. • To edit labels, first make sure you are in Calendar view, then click on the calendar coloring button on the main tool bar and select Edit Labels from the pop-up menu. Type the text you want to associate with each color, then click OK. Note: Whereas Meeting Maker allowed 16 label colours, Outlook allows only 10.
