How do I assign a student and their Connexions ID to their name in the Bromcom attendance system?
Assigning students so that their details match on both systems is done through the “Download Aliases” option in the Bromcom Connexions Card Interface. When this option is selected a list of students and their Connexion ID will appear in the left hand side of the window. Next to their name is a link named “Assign”. Clicking on this link, provides a list of students names. Select the student whose name you wish to link and then click on the “Select” button. The student details held on the Connexions database is then matched to those held in the Bromcom attendance system.
