How do I arrange to transfer programme?
The exact procedure varies by School, but don’t delay. It will also depend largely on whether you meet the academic requirements of the programme and whether your study to date includes required prerequisites. It is important to let the School Office know as soon as possible that you would like to transfer, as catching up on a new programme is often difficult. The best thing to do is to talk to your personal tutor, or to a tutor you feel comfortable approaching in your School. To transfer to another programme you will need to complete a transfer form, available from your School Office or the Faculty Office. Who signs the form varies between Schools; full details on the process are available from your Schhol. It is also important to note that your Local Authority or other funding body must be consulted in order to secure financial support for you on your new programme.
