How do I arrange to have Trudys Homemade Dog Food delivered?
At Trudy’s Homemade Dog Food customer service is second only to producing the ultimate in dog food. Deliveries are on Tuesday and Friday each week in Manhattan. Place an order online or by phone and your food will be delivered on the following Tuesday or Friday. If your delivery needs to be at a particular time please give us a call at 646 204 3678 or send us an email at customerservice@trudyshomemade.com. We will be happy to do everything we can to meet your needs. For customers in a doorman building please let your doorman know that we are coming with frozen food so they can put it in the freezer for you. If your building does not have a freezer for deliveries an inexpensive cooler bag from the super market can keep you food frozen until you get home. Later deliveries are also available. For customers outside Manhattan we can deliver to your office or let us know when you will be in town and we can arrange to meet you at a convenient location.
