Contact Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3001 or by e-mail at liverpool.direct@liverpool.gov.uk. You will be given a date when the item(s) will be collected. Bulky items of household waste are collected free of charge under the scheme. The maximum number of items that will be collected on one visit is five. Liverpool Direct will log the request on CONFIRM. This FAQ is owned by Environmental Services Technical Client in the Regeneration Portfolio.
