How do I arrange a return for instrument service and/or calibration?
If you would like to return equipment for service, please review and complete the Return Materials Authorization Form. Please follow the instructions on page 1, complete the required fields on page 2, and then submit the form via fax or email. An RMA number will be generated and the form returned to you via fax or email. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the package prior to shipment.
