How do I apply to the Sonography program?
View the on-line information session or attend one on campus (please visit our web-site for days and times). Applications will be required to be submitted in packet form. The packet should contain: Program specific application for admission to the Sonography Program and copy of your counselor’s interview summary. Please submit to the Admissions Office-P O Box 2350-Smithfield, NC 27577 or the Student Services Office in the Wilson Building. Applicants must have met all admission requirements applying to the program. Applications cannot be processed if requirements have not been met. Official transcripts from high school and all colleges must also be on file in the Admissions Office. All admission requirements must be met by March 1.
