Students applying to the HCI Graduate Certificate program will fill out the Application for Graduate Admission to ISU form at http://www.grad-college.iastate.edu/forms/forms.html You will also send application materials to both the Office of Admissions and to the HCI program. Please send the application, application fee, official transcripts and official examination results to The Office of Graduate Admissions, Iowa State University, 100 Alumni Hall, Ames, IA 50011.
