How do I apply to rent a property listed by Monterey Bay Property Management?
From any property listing, you may click the Apply Now! button to request an Application to Rent. Alternately, you may go to here to request an application. Please note that, to comply with federal and state fair housing laws, each person 18 years of age or older who intend to reside in the rental property must complete and sign a rental application. Monterey Bay Property Management will assist all applicants without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin, familial status, handicap, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, citizenship status, military service status, sexual orientation, source of income, or age.
