How do I apply to live at CSCC? How long is the waiting list? Is there a security deposit? If so, is it refundable?
To apply to live at CSCC, fill out the application and mail it along with the $15 application fee to the CSCC office. See “Application Process” for more information. Currently the waiting time is 12 months, but it all depends on the time of year. We have slow periods but also very busy times. Be as specific as you can about when you are available for an apartment as we very well could have one when you need it. There is a security deposit and the amount varies depending on what apartment you are offered.
