If you have any difficulties with the online application form you can contact Nona McDonagh, Graduate Database Administrator at nona@ece.ualberta.ca When do I get the results of my preliminary application? It will take approximately four to six weeks for the application to be reviewed, this is why we encourage all students to apply early. When a decision is made you will be notified by the department via email. Should I send transcripts with my preliminary application? Yes, it is strongly advised that once you fill out the preliminary application form you also scan your transcripts and save them as one pdf file. Send the file via email to Nona McDonagh. Transcripts will help with the assessment of your application to see if there is scholarship potential.
