If you withdraw from your unit/s of study after the Census date, have not completed the unit, and the Special Circumstances fall within the guidelines set out by DEST, you may apply to your higher education provider to have your Fee-Help balance for the unit/s re-credited and the Fee-Help debt for the unit/s removed.
