Cabrillo’s Radiologic Rechnology (RT) program has prerequisites that need to be completed prior to application to the program. The prerequisites are anatomy, physiology, English composition, medical terminology, introduction to physics, and general psychology. All prerequisites need to be complete with a C or better with the exception of medical terminology that requires a grade of B or better. Once the prerequisites are complete, you can apply to the program. Qualified applicants are added to the waitlist in order, based on the postmark date of the application packet. Current waitlist information is available from the RT program. There are additional general education requirements that can be done either while doing prerequisites, while waiting to start the program, or even while in the program.
