How do I apply to become a RideShare member?
Each member of a carpool must complete the Individual Carpool Application Form. Forms are also available at the Parking Operations office. Each RideShare member must submit their vehicle registration with vehicle identification number for all vehicles that will be brought to the IU campus. All RideShare members must return their current permits in exchange for a RideShare permit.
