You need to apply online through UCAS (Universities and Colleges Application Service). You will need to give full details of your qualifications. In the personal statement you should explain your interest in medicine, relevant experience and why you think that you would be suitable for this course. An academic reference is preferred but if you have been out of education for some time a work or personal reference will be accepted as an alternative.
