How do I apply for paraTransit service?
A completed application is required, with information provided by a licensed medical professional. Once a completed application is received, the application will be reviewed and the applicant will be notified if approved or denied for services. Contact the CAT office at 239-649-0228, a trained Customer Service Representative will take your information and mail you an application or applications may be obtained at the Collier Area Transit office located at 8300 Radio Road, Naples, FL 34104. Assistance in completing an application is available by phone or in person.
