How do I Apply for Low Income Help With an Energy Bill in Louisiana?
Louisiana residents struggling to keep up with energy bill payments and suddenly without services may apply for relief. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program will help them get current and get their service restored in the event of crisis. The program will also provide non-crisis monthly assistance and “in-kind” benefits such as a space heater when needed.
