How do I apply for leave using eLeave?

• Once you have logged in to the eLeave module, click on the ‘eLeave Form’ icon. • The eLeave application form will be displayed. Indicate your leave period and type on the form. • Select the recommending/approving officer for your leave application from the name list provided. If you do not have a leave recommending officer, you can proceed to leave that field blank. The selected name will appear as your default recommending/approving officer until you make a new selection in the future. • Click on the ‘Just Submit’ icon after you have completed your leave application form. If you have indicated a recommending officer for your leave application, the form will automatically be routed first to him/her for recommendation, before it is routed to your approving officer for final approval.
