• The Vet Ed process begins with a meeting at your local County Veteran Service Office (CVSO). • Complete and submit a WDVA 2201, Pre-application form within 30 days of the start of the semester.The pre-application form can be obtained from the Veteran/Military Benefit desk in C-019, or can be downloaded or completed online. • Complete and submit a WDVA 2200, Veterans Education Grant Application no later than 60 days after the end of the semester. The application form can be obtained from the Veteran/Military Benefit desk in C-019, or can be downloaded or completed online. WCTC strongly recommends that you complete the WDVA 2200 at the same time you complete the WDVA 2201.
