• The current year FAFSA must on file in the PAC Banner Financial Aid System. • All applicants must complete the PAC “in-house” Federal Direct Loan application before the semester deadline. See the Financial Aid office for the application or download the application from Alamo College or PAC Website. • Go On-Line to complete an electronic Master Promissory Note (e-MPN) & Loan Entrance Counseling. • All students must complete an electronic Master Promissory Note (e-MPN). • Loan Entrance and Exit Counseling is required for all PAC Federal Direct Loan borrowers.
