How do I apply for Councils permission to remove or prune a tree?

0

Council has an application form for any works which relate to the Tree Preservation Order. Council will not inspect a tree until this form is completed and signed by the owner of the property, or an authorised agent of the owner. Where the application is for approval to prune overhanging branches from a neighbouring property, the form must be co-signed by the owner of the tree. Application forms may be collected from Councils customer service counter or downloaded from our website at http://www.auburn.nsw.gov.au.
