How do I apply for autopay and how long does the processing take?
• For credit card autopay, you can visit our outlets to apply and the application processing takes only one day. • For bank account autopay, please fill in the Direct Debit Authorization Form and return it directly to your bank. It normally takes about 4 to 6 weeks to proceed. The authorization form can be obtained from our outlets and can be downloaded here.
