How do I apply for admission into the CSI: A Science Forensics Academy?
Select the Application Materials link from the Related Links Menu on the CSI web page (www.bw.edu/csi). There you will find the links to the CSI Application and CSI Nomination forms. You may choose to complete the application online and then print the application and nomination forms (preferred) or print the forms and complete the forms by hand. Be sure to sign and complete your part of each form. Secure a nomination of a former science teacher from one of your middle/junior high or high school science classes. Ask the teacher to place the nomination in a sealed envelope, write his/her name across the seal, and return the nomination to you. Place your application form and the envelope containing the nomination form into one envelope and mail it to the Academy Director, Mr. James Emigh. All applications should be postmarked by April 30, 2009. Do not submit electronic copies of the application.
