• Open Dazzle • Click the ‘Postage Log’ tab. • Select the item that needs refunding in the Postage Log screen. • Actions -> E-Refund Domestic mail with Delivery or Signature Confirmation or Express with an ExxxxxxxxxUS number MUST be submitted with-in 10 days of printing. After 10 days from the print date you can not request the refund through Endicia.com. International mail that recorded a customs number ExxxxxxxxxUS, LJxxxxxxxxxUS, or CJxxxxxxxxxUS MUST be requested with-in 10 days of printing to qualify Electronically. International mail that recorded a customs number requested AFTER 10 days will be a physical refund. If tracking or customs was not used you will be re-directed to our refund request web page on the internet to process the physical refund. We recommend using the third search option titled “Select refunds from all transations”. You will be able to enter a print date or date range. Click the ‘go’ button to search our web reports and locate the item that needs refunding.
